The Lauffer Group’s baking line of business is a complex of regional bread factory associations based across all of Ukraine. In 2011-2012 the Company carried out a string of M&A transactions of bread factory acquisitions in a number of oblasts of the country.
This line of business is made milling facilities. Their daily processing capacity is 1,200 tons. The Company’s major produce – wheat and rye flour, semolina and granulated bran. In addition to own corn processing the holding offers give and take raw material acceptance, storage and processing.
This line of business is represented by a product portfolio totaling over 30 kinds of weight and packed products, which are produced at Swiss BUHLER lines under a traditional technology. Using the flour of own production makes it possible to guarantee the competitiveness of the produce cost.
